Public Speaking is an art in leadership.  By assisting clients in uncovering likely roadblocks to public speaking &  improving their communication skills, they can develop as leaders who can create change through spoken & non-verbal communication.

As an Intuitive Life Coach, Karen is passionate about the development of Emotional Intelligence and the positive impact it has on employees in the work environment. In particular, assisting teams become aware of actions and feelings and the impact they have on productivity.  By enhancing team dynamics – teams can work towards meeting goals of the organisation in a mature and coordinated fashion.

Toastmasters  (an International Public Speaking & Leadership Organisation)

Karen is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) the highest acclaimed achievement received by less than 5% of those who join the Toastmasters organisation, manage to attain.  Obtaining this award involves giving over 50 speeches, presenting at several training groups; organising conferences and contest along with mentoring many members and training new members in their leadership roles within the organisation.  In a District with over 5000 members, Karen won District Toastmaster of the Year  15/16, for her commitment and dedication to members.

Within Toastmasters, Karen has taken on many leadership roles.  During 14/15 Karen was Division Director, where she incorporated strategic planning and implemented training schedules for  26 clubs.  Karen progressed to the District Leadership Team which encompasses Northern England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland – here she assists, empowers and motivates district officers.

Almarai   (largest vertically integrated dairy company in the Middle East)

Karen gained 15 years of experience working in HR for this multi-cultural company.  Skills required for this task included being self-motivated and self-directed.  Clear communication skills ensured a smooth running of our multi-cultural and multi sited organisation. Karen is highly skilled in developing the interpersonal communication skills required within successful team and has vast experience coaching managers who support employees in their working day.

Such a broad range of experience enables Karen to know, understand and share with clients, her specific skills and techniques.  These are essential to help people become compelling and convincing public speakers and business leaders.
