I’m Karen O’Donnell—a coach, author, TEDx Speaker and mentor passionate about helping leaders and professionals unlock their confidence, connect with their inner strength, and communicate with clarity and impact. Through a unique blend of presentation skills coaching and Inner GPS mindset work, I guide my clients to step out of the shadows, embrace their authentic voice, and lead with conviction. As an Acupuncturist with over 20 years experience, I have been assisting women holistically in regaining their inner balance.

My Journey

For years, I struggled with the fear of being seen and heard, often silencing my voice out of self-doubt. A life-changing experience in 2006 forced me to confront those fears, and through that journey, I discovered the transformative power of mindset work and effective communication.

This transformation didn’t just change my life—it shaped my mission: to help others find their own voice and step into their power. Today, I’m proud to support entrepreneurs, and professionals worldwide in mastering their mindset and communication skills to create lasting impact.
