In addition, Karen won District Toastmaster of the Year 15/16, for her commitment and dedication to members.

Furthermore, during 14/15 Karen was Division Director, where she incorporated strategic planning and implemented training schedules for 26 clubs. Karen gained 15 years of experience working in HR for Almarai which is the Worlds largest integrated dairy company.
